Meet the Staff

Holly Lincoln, BSc., OKA

Kinesiologist, Strength, fitness and conditioning coordinator

Holly Lincoln attended Pennsylvania State University on a 4-year soccer scholarship, where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in May, 2007. As a Kinesiologist, she works to promote a healthier day-to-day routine for individuals who suffer from pain, injury, and sedentary lifestyles. She trained with the Ontario Provincial Soccer Team and the Canadian National Team from 1998-2004 and trained with PennState from 2003-2007. As an elite-level soccer player she fully understands and appreciates the benefits associated with having strong cardiovascular and muscular systems.

 Holly has endured many injuries during her soccer career and knows that the best way to prevent injuries is to strengthen and condition the body so that it can fight against them. She encourages athletes to learn more about strengthening their bodies so that they can continue to be healthy and fit and compete at the highest level they are capable of.


Kinesiologists work to promote healthier lifestyles in all individuals, not just athletes. Holly loves designing personalized programs for people who want to be healthier and stronger but aren’t sure what to do or where to start. She loves helping people become more fit and happy with their bodies and also loves to incorporate aerobics and kick-boxing into her programs.
