Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, debit, personal cheque, or cash. You may attach a credit card to your file to allow for hassle free month end billing of services.
For those who have extended health care benefits through a private insurance company that cover any of the services provided at Align Health Centre you must pay for the service(s) in full after which we will provide you with an appropriate statement for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
